Ella is yet another sad case of what happens when animals don't receive the care they deserve. After Ella's previous owner kicked her to the curb, PCHS discovered she has a heartworm infection. Because this girl is so sweet and special, treatment seemed like a no-brainer. It will be about a month before she's ready for her new forever home, but it would be wonderful to have one in place when the time comes. Ella is very loving and gets along great with kids and all other animals.
